The agreement

Piku is a product of Sirius Arc. These terms are an agreement between you and Sirius Arc. By creating an account or using Piku you accept them, and our Privacy page. If you use Piku for a business, you accept them for that business.

Your account

• Give true details and keep your sign-in email or phone safe. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
• One handle per person or business. We may take back a handle that impersonates someone, misleads people, or is reserved.
• You must be old enough to make a binding agreement where you live, and at least 16.

Your content

What you put on Piku stays yours. You let us host it, show it on your page, in its JSON and Markdown versions and to search engines and agents, and use it to run Piku. You must have the right to everything you upload. Prices, audience numbers and claims on your page must be honest.

Quotes, invoices and payments

• Piku is a tool. A deal is between you and your client: Piku is not a party to it and does not guarantee that a client pays or that work is delivered.
• Payments run through Bachs and its terms. Piku takes the fee shown on our pricing when an invoice is paid (today 2%, never more than USD 25 an invoice).
• Plans are paid for a year at the price shown when you pay. If a charge went wrong, write to us.
• You are responsible for your own taxes and for what your invoices say.

Agents and connected apps

AI agents can read public pages and send a brand's request; it reaches you only after the brand confirms by email. Agents cannot quote or accept for anyone.

If you connect an app such as Claude, it acts for you only within what you allowed on the consent page. A Draft it prepares is sent only when you say yes. You are responsible for what you send, so read a Draft before you confirm it. You can disconnect in Settings > Agents.

What you may not do

• Break the law, defraud people, or sell what you may not sell.
• Send spam, or use requests, quotes or invoices to harass anyone.
• Pretend to be someone else, or mislead people about prices or results.
• Upload malware, try to break into Piku or other accounts, or get around its limits.
• Copy Piku's pages in bulk beyond what robots.txt and the published agent limits allow.

Ending

You can delete your account any time in Settings > Advanced. We may pause or close an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk, and we will tell you why unless the law or safety stops us.

Our responsibility

We work to keep Piku running and your data safe, but Piku is provided as it is, and it may sometimes be down or change. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid Piku in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have that the law does not let us limit.

Changes and contact
