Linktree alternatives for people who sell services

The Piku teamUpdated   ·  6 min read

Linktree made the bio link normal. For a lot of people it is still the right choice. But if you sell your time, a list of links leaves the most important questions open: what does it cost, and how do I pay you?

We make Piku, one of the five options below. So we say what Linktree does well first, list the others A to Z, and say where each rival is stronger than us.

In short
  • Linktree is strong on reach, trust and link apps. Keep it if that is what you need.
  • Service sellers usually miss three things: prices, quotes and invoices.
  • Five options, A to Z: Beacons, Bonsai with any link page, Carrd, Piku, Stan.
  • Prices checked on 20 October 2026, from each company's own page.
  • Pick by the work you sell, not by the longest feature list.

We make one of these

Before you read on:

  • We built Piku, and we earn when people join it.
  • Most "Linktree alternatives" lists are written by a vendor that ranks itself first. We list A to Z instead.
  • Every price comes from the company's own page, with the link beside it.
  • Piku is young. It has fewer users and fewer integrations than Linktree, and a less known name.

If you are still deciding what your page should hold, start with what to put in your link in bio when you sell your time.

What Linktree does well

Credit where it is due:

  • A name people trust. Visitors know what a Linktree link is before they tap it.
  • Link apps. Embeds for booking tools such as Calendly, contact forms, music and video.
  • A plan at no charge, and paid plans from a few dollars a month.
  • Selling products and courses, with a fee that falls as the plan rises.

What service sellers miss

A guide, a designer, a makeup artist or a creator who takes brand deals sells work that changes from client to client. For that, a bio link needs more than links:

  • Prices people can read. A fixed price, a "from" price or a range, so "how much?" is answered before anyone writes.
  • A way to request. One tap on the thing they want, without hunting for your email.
  • Quotes. A number written for this client, with a date it is valid until.
  • Invoices and deposits. A pay link, a PDF for their finance team, part up front when the job is big.
  • Follow-up. A receipt when they pay, a reminder when they are late.

Linktree's pricing page lists no quotes or invoices, so that work goes through another tool. That is fine if you already have one. If you do not, the options below cover some or all of it.

Example: Nora, a brand designer, gets the same three messages every week: "What do you charge?", "Can you send a quote?", "How do I pay?". A rate card answers the first, a quote the second, and an invoice with a pay link the third. A typical job might be a brand kit from USD 900, with a 50% deposit of USD 450 to start. (Example numbers, for illustration only.)

Beacons

  • Better than Piku at: products, courses and memberships beside brand work; email sends.
  • Suits: creators who sell both products and brand deals.

Software for running client work: proposals, contracts, invoices and payments. It is not a bio link, so you pair it with one.

  • Suits: freelancers with long projects and contracts, who already have a link page.

Carrd

A simple one-page site builder.

Piku

Ours. A page with a Rate Card, requests, quotes, invoices and receipts, for selling services.

Regular$50 a year1%, max $10

  • Good at: priced Rates for any service, requests with no client account, quotes with a "valid until" date, deposits and splits, card or mobile money at checkout, receipts and overdue reminders that send themselves.
  • Weaker at: no digital products, courses or store; no contracts; no calendar booking; the wallet is opening soon, not live; a young product with a small name.
  • Suits: people whose clients ask "how much?" and "how do I pay?" more than anything else.

Stan

A creator store built around digital products, courses and coaching calls.

Creator$29 a month$300 a year
Creator Pro$99 a month$948 a year

  • Better than Piku at: booked calls, courses and downloads, email flows.
  • Suits: coaches and educators who sell to an audience. Our Stan Store alternatives post covers who should stay.

How to choose

Ask three questions:

  1. What do people buy from you? Products and courses point to Stan or Beacons. Custom work points to Piku, or Bonsai with a link page.
  2. How do your clients pay? If many pay by mobile money, check that the tool's checkout takes it in your country.
  3. What does it cost for your year? Add the plan price to the fees on what you expect to sell.

Example: a freelancer who invoices ten jobs of USD 500 in a year carries Piku's 1% on each, USD 5 a job, which the client pays by default, plus the plan. A single job of USD 2,000 would carry USD 10 in fees, not USD 20, because of the cap. (Example amounts, for illustration only.)

Questions

Should I leave Linktree?

Not if it works for you. If your bio link mainly sends people to content, Linktree does that well. Look elsewhere when clients keep asking for prices, quotes or a way to pay, and you answer each one by hand.

Is there a Linktree alternative with payments for services?

Yes. Beacons has invoices, Stan sells booked calls and products, and Piku has a Rate Card, quotes, invoices and receipts. Bonsai handles invoices too, but it is not a link page, so you would pair it with one.

Can I keep Linktree and add another tool?

Yes, and many people do. Put a link to your rate card or booking page at the top of your Linktree. You pay for two tools, but nothing breaks for people who already know your link.

How current are these prices?

Every price was checked on 20 October 2026 on each company's own page. Plans change often, so open the source links before you pay.
